Will I be losing my additional quota when I upgrade and downgrade my account back to the Basic plan?

Hi to all

now I have a basic account with 18.25GB, I will upgrade to plus subscription 

after some months, If I want to cancel my plus subscription , Will i return to basic 2GB only or to my basic 18.25GB   

I need to confirm that I will not losing this 18.25GB in my basic account

You'll return to whatever space you had prior to upgrading. Note that when you upgrade, any referrals you've earned will double from 500MB each to 1GB each. Later, when you downgrade back to Basic, they'll be halved back to 500MB each.

I lost my 18 gb and I was downgraded to 2gb 😞

Space earned by referrals is permanent, so did you perhaps have some kind of promotion that expired?

You can see that in your plan tab here.

On that page, you can also see your actual Dropbox space and how much you're using. Does it show 2 GB?
