I asked for a refund via the chatbot, because I only wanted to use the trial. Does anyone know if this actually works. She said I would be issued a full refund in 3-5 days.

If you were advised that you'd get a refund, then it should've been processed in our system.

 

Could you try checking this page to see if the refund is visible on your account?
