On November 18th Dropbox charged me for a service I never subscribed to (1 year Extended Version History)! I have been a loyal Dropbox customer since 2016. I have sent 2 emails with no response, and when using the refund request service, the page does not work! I am very disappointed with your customer service, and especially with the impossibility of contacting you. I have lost confidence in your service where I host my data. I hope that someone will answer me quickly and refund me, otherwise I will not hesitate to contact my legal department.
You need to log a ticket via www.dropbox.com/support. As its an account issue I'm afraid nobody here can help - remember that replies are only processed Monday through Friday as well.

Did you see my screenshot? It is impossible to contact your support. I'm getting impatient because it's also impossible to contact.
Hey @Fulanolive, I hope you're doing well!
I just sent you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this.
Cheers!
