Won’t apply my upgrade to my account

I have upgraded my drop box. It’s says it’s an active subscription in iTunes and when I try to reapply it on the app it also says I’m already subscribed but then says it can’t upgrade the app contact support. Which is not possible aside from the chat thing but it keeps answering the wrong stuff and I can’t call till my upgrade is applied
