I'm trying to cancel my free trial.its so confusing i've sign in multiple ways - desktop, i was prompted to log in through "mobile app" .i feel ive goin in circles.

all i wanted to do is cancel my free trial because it is due today March18,2023 and i dont want to be billed.I also want to update/or delet my payment credentials. It seems i cannot find a "plan tab", " cancel my subscription tab" in my account's "settings". 

I recieved an email and I already been chraged $19! I may need a refund.

please advice.

How did you originally upgrade to the trial, via the Dropbox site directly, or via the mobile app? 

 

Do you see any recent transactions on this page? What plan is your account currently on?
