Hi all,
I am on a 2TB yearly Dropbox subscription (120€) and wanted to change - for specific reasons - to a monthly billing plan.
In the Browser on my dropbox account - I went to "Personal Account", then "Plan", then I click on "change" in "Billing Period".
I get a Popup asking me to confirm the sub from yearly to monthly, I click "confirm".
Then I get another Popup with the title "To protect your info, please verify your payment" - BUT the Popup is completely empty !!
I tried several different browsers (Safari, Firefox, Chrome, Edge) and always get the same problem.
I am on MAC OSX, Monterey 12.5 (MacBook Pro M1).
ANY HELP or IDEAS ?

Interesting. Do you think you can send me a screenshot, without any of your personal info shown there? I'd appreciate it.
Also, did you try an incognito mode on any of your browsers?

Attached my two screenshots showing the situation.
For the moment, I have not yet tired incognito mode, as I have 2-step protection, which does not really work well in incognito mode (does not send code).

That's odd. Have you tried reaching out to our Support team? They should be able to look into this, and change the billing cycle on their end for you.
