I have problem since I have activated trial, but there is no subsctiption or cancel plan existing.
I have followed the article trying to cancel the account within the wanted time but there is nothing i can do. and i tried to find where to contact support-> only found this community.
I did open the account with another person sharing the files. So i have basic account and I am unable to cancel the substription

Also, do you remember if you started the trial on your phone, or on our web platform?

HI, I did accept the share from my man in mobile (android) phone. I tried to say that in tittle.
The substription is dropbox basic. but there is no button then how to cancel it. when i follow the instruction of the mobile (android) to cancel, I am not having the cancelling possibility.

If you're using the Basic plan, that means that you're not currently on a trial. Is it possible that maybe you started the trial with a different account?

It does sound like maybe you joined the trial with a different account.
If you want to check this, go to your account settings here to see the email address associated with your account.
Is it the same address as the one you received the email about being charged if you don't cancel the trial?
If not, make sure to login to the correct account, to cancel the trial.
Do you have any billing proof of the trial? Any billing info on your end, that would help us identify the charge?
A transaction ID for instance?

Did you create this trial from the Dropbox app on your phone?
