okay, as I'm a student I used unidays 30% off yearly subscription plan, when I did this I was logged into my dropbox account and I paid for the upgrade for 6.99 a month. since paying for it, I have received no upgrade, I also have not got any emails confirming any payment, the only evidence I've got is a bank transaction, even on the dropbox "billing" page it says there is no activity.
someone please help!!!
