received email that my account is going to expire in one day but have already made payment

Don't know how to proceed with stopping expiration in one day as Dropbox offices are closed on weekends. Made payment which was processed on Dec. 20  Thank you

Can you please let us know the exact content of the email you received? Does it come from an official Dropbox domain?
