I recently received a message on my phone asking me to enter a security code. (p1) I was not in Dropbox.

With cell phone and iPad
Everyone is using Dropbox, but not at that time.
I changed my password because I was worried that my password might have been leaked.
When I check the IP of the connected device, it shows up in my neighborhood.
(There was also one address with a strange form of numbers and alphabets, but the address could not be confirmed.) (p2)
Then the next day (in the early morning, just a few hours later)
I also received a security code. I was sleeping at the time. (p3)

I thought it might be a problem with the desktop, so I removed the connected PC and
The login method has been changed to require a two-step security code to enter.
I already experienced something similar in July last year (p4)
We had to request a cyber police investigation, but the process was too complicated.
I ended up changing my password.

It looks like an attempt was made to login to your Dropbox account. As you've changed your password, this is the best step to take.
The IP address appears to be an IPv6 version, meaning it has letters and numbers in the IP.
