I have recently retired, and I no longer have a valid company email that I used to sign up for drop box, therefore I cannot log on. How do I get into this account to change my email??
As long as you know your email and password you can just log on and change the details.
However, if you dont know the password you need to get the company to reactivate your email again I'm afraid. Without that there is no way to regain access.
