Accessing old account

Accessing old account

Hi there,

I have an old email that I cant access but i think I recall the password.  When I try it however, it wants to send a code to the email!  Probably because it's been many years.  Any suggestions?

Without access to the email address, you won't be able to access the Dropbox account.

and manners cost nothing - this is a family forum. Please remember that.

Rich's answer is correct. Without access to the email there is no way to get access to an account. The other thing to note is accounts are removed after 12 months of inactivity - so if the person hasnt logged in or use it in that time it wont now exist.
