Account is disabled

Hi, I've been using Dropbox for many years, and suddenly I could not access to the account, it says the account is disabled and I got 401 error, so I registed this account to enquire, what was causing this issue? I've got a lot of things that from my childhood but it's smart synced so I don't have it download on my local computer. I have not received any email regarding disabling as well, could you reactivate the account please? I really appreciate it, thank you.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
