Hi, I have a Dropbox Family subscription and now I want to add somebody from the family to it. When I go to "Family" in the settings, I am able to select the person and add her to the Family. However, she already had an existing free account. Unfortunately, after adding her to the family, she does not participate to the much better Family plan. She stays on the free basic account, thus is not able to access all the data.
Did anyone had a similar problem and solved it?
Once you add them it generates an invite to the other person for them to accept - have they done that yet?
