Our team let go of one of our members who happened to be listed as an admin on the account, she is not sharing access with anyone so we cannot remove her as admin. Is there a workaround this to be able to change the admin? We have a lot of files stored in there so we do not want to disband the team and lose access but are afraid our only option is to create a new account for the team. If this is the case, are we able to have all files transferred over to a new account?

Hi There,
I have a similar situation with my admin privileges. I had one other member of my team who made herself the admin. I have her email address but it's no longer active in outlook. I actually receive all of her emails if someone emails her. I don't have her dropbox password nor can I ask her for it. How can I make myself the admin user here? Thanks for any advice.
Request a password reset for her account at www.dropbox.com/forgot and then log on and change it there 🙂
