Admin who set up an old team, is no longer with the company; can I change admin permissions?

Admin who set up an old team, is no longer with the company; can I change admin permissions?

We have an old dropbox account that is still under my current work email, however the "admin" who set it up is no longer with my company. Question; can we just reset the admin or just delete the entire account without that admin?

Hey @LJS4, thanks for posting your question to our Community today!

Is this a downgraded/free team or an active one?

If you're only a member, you won't be able to delete it, nor change the admin permissions; only the admin can do that.

But if this is just a free team, you can follow the steps here, to leave it.
