We are receiving emails from Katy: ka***@dropbox.com wanting to discuss our account. Is this legitimate?

I also received emails from Katy last week and this week, and I found them suspiscous (which is why I ignored her). Someone in her upline might want to review her correspondance and advise her on how to introduce herself in a way that's more credible.
There's a balance between familiarity and corporate boilerplate that she's missing. Her vague yet overly familiar 2-sentence emails are not effective.
I'm inclined to continue to ignore her since she's done nothing to project that her advice (or whatever it is she wants to "chat" about) will be valuable.

Hi, I received some emails I found suspicious from Katy C over the last two weeks as well and ignored them, but it seems they are coming from a legitimate dropbox email address.
They seem suspicious because: they are not specific about why I am being contacted, the sender doesn't have an email signature with information about their position at dropbox, they are spammy (I got three unsolicited emails in two weeks).
OP was in the fall, are any changes being made? Dropbox is a great product but I really don't appreciate getting spammed with sales offers.

Hey there. Also receiving emails from Katy C.
For the future, here’s a link to valid URLs and email addresses that you could receive Dropbox information from.
The link to unsubscribe on the footer of the email from Katy is not a Dropbox verified domain:

Best,

I just received the same vague email. Months since the first post on here and Katy does not appear to have changed her approach or increased the clarity in what she is seeking to discuss. Not sure the forum feedback is making it to Katy and I have no intention of responding to her.
I work for a government agency. Katy C has sent me multiple emails asking me to call her to discuss my "company" using DropBox services. This is annoying and quite unprofessional, DropBox. Get your act together.

I work at MIT, which helpfully provides DropBox services to all its employees. I have nothing to do with that purchasing decision, but she has sent me three emails over the past three weeks: first I ignored, second I explained why she didn't want me, and so for the third there is no excuse at all. I don't want to say that DropBox ought to fire her, but it doesn't seem that she should be allowed access to DropBox email.
