Hi team,
My business account has suddenly been deleted and it was with no ones permission. We are in urgent need to recover the account and the files as there is data that is very important to the business.
Can anyone please assist with this

Did you use a paid account? Also, were you the admin to this account? If so, you'd need to first cancel your plan, wait for the renewal date in order for the account to downgrade, disband the team and then delete it.
Provided you were just a member of the account, have you contacted the team's admin to ask to recover your account?

How can I resolve this same issue for my cancelled Business Account?
Need to restore all files that were disabled today!! The admin thought all of these files would transfer to a personal account, but they are nowhere to be found in any of our account logins!

If I understand this correctly, it sounds like you were part of a Business team, and the admin removed you from it, am I right on this one? If this isn't the case, don't hesitate to correct me.
Did the admin convert the removed account to an individual one? Did they also transfer the files of the account on a different member of the team?
