A family member shared with me a link to his dropbox account and I was able to copy from it some very old and sentimental photos I did not know existed. Unfortunately my computer has crashed and I've lost my copies and now the link to the dropbox no longer works. Sadly the family member has passed away - am I right in thinking the account will have been deleted due to inactivity? Is there any way at all I can get it back?
Hi @JS68
Sorry to hear about your loss.
And no, I'm afraid inactive accounts are removed and not recoverable 😞

Thank you Mark. I thought this would probably be the case but I was holding onto some fragment of hope.
