I've received a link (invite) from an academy to Dropbox, downloaded the app (on the phone) and all was working.
After changing the password and trying to sign into the account on a different device (lap-top), the account changed to one
of my google emails and now the previous account seems to have gone.
Can the account be reset as it will not allow me to delete the account, error username does not match password?
Any help would be appreciated.
Hi @tomoP, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Did your email address itself change at all? Could you clarify how your account changed to a Google email?
Are you not able to login to the original email on Dropbox to access the first account?
Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
