Been trying to delete my account for a couple of days now.
Also been trying to find proper support instead of forums, which sends me in an endless loophole.
I would like to delete my account ASAP and would appreciate it if anyone could tell me why that error keeps appearing.

I am also getting this error. I have tried multiple browsers, private & igcognito mode, clear cache, etc. I need this account deleted ASAP. This is the error message. Please assist. Thank you.

I too am attempting to delete my dropbox account, however, I am getting a 403 error.
Error (403)
It seems you don't belong here! You should probablys sign in. Check out our Help Center and forums, or head back to home.
Any help would be appreciated in deleting this account.

I know it might sound trivial, but are you certain you're logged into your Dropbox account, when trying to delete it? Can you also try a different browser, or an incognito tab on your current one?

Same issue with the 500 error. I've tried on countless browsers. Very frustrated with this issue, especially since I was recently charged for a subscription due to my inability to successfully delete my own Dropbox account due to this error. I need someone to e-mail me to resolve this ASAP.

i have the same issue with no help from anyone. i will never recommend Dropbox to anyone, its just one big scamming company. I shouldn't have to pay to get LIVE customer service and not some automated chat bot. I want to permanently delete my account with dropbox so I can go somewhere else.
