I am having trouble logging into my account. I have created a ticket for support but never get a response. My password won’t work even though it’s correct. Can anyone help me please?

Have you tried resetting your password from this page?

 

And can you also give me the ticket number for your communication with our support team, so I can look it up in our system?

Thanks for your reply. I can’t reset the password as I no longer have access to the original email address. The issue seems to be more of a technical fault on your end. My ticket number is 20034777. The full explanation of my issue is explained there. Thanks.
