Can't receive email for forgotten password, and verification of my email.

Oh my gosh, it’s not slow but I’m in dire need of help. Due to my own incompetence I have my password vault in Dropbox, can’t get in to my old Dropbox account to get my passwords, and can’t get into my email to verify my Dropbox account (forgot password and too many failed attempts).

Hi @Barb12, I hope you're doing well!

 

You mentioned that you're facing some problems verifying your account, and also accessing it. First of all, do you have access to the email address linked to you Dropbox account?

 

Provided this is the case, do you not receive the emails when you request for a new password, or a verification code for the account? 

 

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!
