Hi
Our club has a DropBox account. We know the login and the password. However, we cannot login because a 6 digit code keeps being sent to the email address. The person at that email address does not receive the number.
All the help topics say to login and go to setting. However, we cannot login.
Can anyone help me please?

I just replied back via email a few seconds ago. Whenever you get the chance, have a look at your inbox and we'll take it from there.

Hi there. I'm having the same issue. I no longer have access to the email address for my account (the domain expired) and I want to cancel my paid subscription on that account. I have the email and password, but can't access the six digit code. Please contact me.

Dear Dropbox support,
I‘ve got almost the same issue. I‘ve opened a new Dropbox Professional account with another e-mail adress. I‘ve already recorded my Paypal Account for paying. During a pause my computer went into sleep mode. Then I wanted to carry on with the registration process. Therefore, I had to login. From this moment on I always get the information, that a code is sent to my mail adress in case of 2FA. I‘ve never received a code. I‘ve also checked the spam. Since the registration process is incomplete I‘ve never came to the part where I can deposit a phone number. So, now I have a paid account which I can not use. Can please help me out? Thank you so much!

I have similar issue. I have email address and password. Each time I try to login it sends access code to email not longer have access to. How can I get logged in?
@bedenfield, do you have any linked devices to that Dropbox account? If yes, have you checked their notifications for the one-time code?
If that doesn’t work, I’d suggest contacting our support team this way.
