good morning,
after working successfully with dropbox for 2 months, I now cannot access it anymore.
The message I get: "this is not working for some reason, it can help to renew the page" (see below screenshot) . But that does not work. Nothing was changed in the settings, I am still authorized to see the files, and they are visible for all other members on the team.
I worked in it without a personal dropbox account, I now downloaded the application, but it's still not working. Your advice is most welcome.

Just to make sure we're on the same page here, and that I got this correct: Do you see this specific error when trying to access your account both on the app, and the web?
Or does it happen when you try to preview files? Have you by any chance tried a different browser?

I have only used dropbox on my laptop, not on any other device
tried 2 different browsers, neither work

And do you see it when you preview a specific file, or when accessing your account? Do you use any VPNs to access our website?

I see the message with the dog when I try to open dropbox. I am not using VPN.
Hi Francien, I hope you’re doing well.
Can you clarify for me if you’re seeing this screen no matter the webpage you’re visiting? For example, I’d like you to click here and here, and let me know if you still see the same error message.
Are you receiving this message when clicking on a shared link perhaps?
