Hi Walter!
I'm having the same issue. I was invited to a dropbox team and was told that I was already on a team so I can't join with the same email. I deleted my dropbox team account, in order to join the new dropbox team but now I am unable to log in with my email address. Could you please advise on how I can get access to my org team?
Hey @melodyhwang, sorry for jumping in. Are you also getting the exact same message that was posted by the OP?
Have you already opened any tickets with our support team, by any chance? If not, I can log one for you instead to the email address showing here.

I created a business team account as a trial. The trail expired and I would now like to start over or downgrade using the same email for the account. I do not need a team/Business account. When I contacted customer service through the chabot they advised me to cancel the account.
I did so and now when I try to create a new account with a basic plan I cannot do so for 30 days. How can I set up the account with the same email without waiting a month? I was hoping to set up the same day.

Hi Hannah - Yes it's the same issue. If you could please email me to investigate and resolve. I'm not able to log-in anymore with the email I set up the account with since it's been de-activated so using my personal account here. Thanks.

I sent an email from the problem account email...would love to get this figured out. It's coming on another week with no working dropbox account.

This is getting really frustrating. I can't email Megan from the account email that has been deleted and that I want to set an account with because 1. the account is deleted so I can't log into Dropbox to access support 2. when I copy and paste the email she sent it from over to my email account she wants me to correspond with it doesn't actually go anywhere 3. when I email support support@dropbox.zendesk.com it also doesn't go anywhere
I can't figure out how to email her from the account email I want to set up the new Dropbox account with. Please email me over there. I have sent the email numerous times using my other email account.
