Im signing in with apple. it happens everytime. and yes ive tried with the app and multiple browsers on multiple devices.

Hi everyone, are you still experiencing this issue when attempting to login to your Dropbox accounts?

 

If so, a screenshot showing the error message would help greatly.

Hey @User ID 1576403, thanks for the screenshot.

 

Were you trying to create a new Dropbox account, when this happened? Or just sign in to an existing one you were able to access before?

 

If the first, try the steps here, to see if they help.

Hi @User ID 1576403, have you tried an entirely different browser, or the app by any chance? Do you get the same error there? 

 

If you haven't tried it, can you give it a go and let me know of any updates?
