The admin of a Business account doesn't have access to your folder, however, they do have the ability to sign in as any user account in their team. That means the admin would be able to sign in as you and access your folder.
Remember that the account belongs to the business. It's the same as if it were a network share on a company file server; the admins would be able to access it if they wanted.
