Dropbox Paper App won't let me access my files

Dropbox Paper App won't let me access my files

Hi! I'm hoping to get some help with an irksome issue. The Dropbox Paper app suddenly won't let me access my .paper files because it says I don't have permission... even though I'm the owner of the files. For some context, I changed my password and disconnected all devices because I regularly practice safe online protection measures by doing so every few months. I did all that and relinked my devices. Dropbox paper was even working for me after all that. But as of this morning it started giving me permission errors and sync issues. I uninstalled the app and redownload. No luck. I checked the permissions to see if the files were assigned to the only other person I share files with, but nope it's just me. No luck. I got that same person to email me links to files. No luck. Every single .paper file is blocking me out. Does anyone have any idea why this happening? I'd appreciate any support. Thanks.

Hi @Viridity, happy Monday, let's look into this! 

 

It'd be super helpful if you could send me a screenshot of the error that you mentioned, and what you see when you try preview your content.

 

Also, out of curiosity, what happens if you try to preview your Paper files online? Are you able to see the content there?
