Dropbox business activity report garbled

Dropbox business activity report garbled

Hi, when I try to export users activity report to a csv file, the csv file looks garbled.
I assume that this result may be related to our Dropbox Business's default language being in Korean. Is this an application error? or a temporary error that can be solved on my end?

Hey there @Han90 - sorry to hear about this and thanks for providing a visual of the matter at hand too; much appreciated.

Can you first try exporting your activity report from another browser, an incognito window and/or after having cleared your browser's cache to merely exclude browser specific issues? 

Should this persist across different browsers, please let me know and I'll reach out via email to your Dropbox associated adress to have a further look into this with all of my tools available and, if needed, escalate this to a higher level of support to have a more in depth look into this.

Hello, @Walter

Thanks for your reply. I have tried on both IE and firefox but the same problem persists. I think it's more of a language issue rather than a browser issue, since activity reports are 'generated' from dropbox and the browser is merely a tool for reading the csv file.

Have you also tried a private browsing window without any extensions or plugins maybe?

I just tried using a private browsing window as you mentioned but the issue persists. Just for additional information I'm extracting the file from the attached screenshot.
