Yesterday i was security codes when i try to link a device. But today nothing. I clicked verify email but a nit receiving the verification email

Could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and try again, and check the spam folder as well, just in case?

Nothing changed ..Nothing.. I can receive emails from this forum
Are you referring to two-step verification on your account? Are you not receiving the SMS message, or using an authenticator app?
