Error 500 on signing in

I am trying to access dropbox for the first time on it. When I try to log in it gives me an error. "Sign in Failed. The operation couldn't be compelted. (dropbox.com error 500). Please Help

Hi @joseluisgx, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

 

Is this on the Dropbox site directly, the mobile app or the desktop app?

 

This will help me to assist further!
