I am currently paying for 5 licenses on Business Advanced and I only use one of those licenses. I want to move from Business to Professional (Personal) but I cannot see a way to do so without having to pay for 5 licenses again. Can you please help?

I tried completely canceling but I now have to wait until June 4th for the cancellation to go through.

I tried completely canceling but I have the Dropbox Business Prior Dropbox Business plan and I am being forced to wait until June 4th to have that plan actually cancel out (I am the "admin"). I am hoping at that point that I will be able to upgrade to PRO.
