How can I unsuspend a team member while on a free team?

Hi,

We were a Dropbox team until support for free teams was ended (https://help.dropbox.com/teams-admins/team-member/free-teams-overview). We trialed a business account but we opted not to continue with it. I understand we no longer have teams functionality, as per the above link.
A member of our team has been having an issue logging in as their account is flagged as suspended, they contacted support and were told an email had been sent to the team admin. As we are not a "team" I'm not sure how this user has found themselves suspended. Is there any way to manage users for a legacy team like ours. I set up the team initially when it was free, but I no longer have access to manage the team, even though the files and the relationships to the team members are still there. I this user is suspended from our team, how can I get them back in?

Hi @achubb, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

If a team member was suspended, this wouldn't have been possible in a free team. 

 

Were you once on a paid Dropbox Business team, and the user was suspended at that time?

 

This will help me to assist further.
