We've changed emails at work back in May and I no longer have access to my old email address, only the new one. I've just received a bill from dropbox for a plus subscription - I want to access my dropbox plus account to get the receipt but when I try, the login page sends a code to my old work email.
Can you help? Thanks!

Do you happen to have any devices that are still linked to that Dropbox account? If you do, please check their Notifications section; the one-time code should be there, and you can use it to log in to your account again, and update your email address.
If that’s not possible, and you can’t temporarily reactivate your old email address either, I’d suggest following these steps to log a ticket with our support team instead; they’ll further help.
Don’t forget to send me your ticket number here after that.

Hey Nancy, that's super helpful. I'm just checking that all is still okay - I checked the 'solved' box below our conversation here in the Community because you helped with a way forward, and the issue changed hands, so to speak. But shortly after I got an email from support saying that the problem is solved - which it isn't, of course

I was able to locate your ticket number, and it seems the agent has responded back to you. Are you able to locate his email, and write back with all the necessary information?
