Hello, new to Dropbox. Right now the only people who have access to my files are my accountants team. I created a new folder to share with my graphic designer and it tells me I don't have permission to add/change users. How could that be since the account should be under my email? Suggestions?

Can you please send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Also, have you ensured that you are the owner of the shared folder?
