I can't accept invitation to join Business team, why?

I can't accept invitation to join Business team, why?

Hi guys.

 

I wanna change my account in our team.

 

Our team have 3 license, me and other two.

 

My account is personal(gmail) account(PA), so I wanna change to my university account(UA).

 

My plan was after adding my UA and remove my PA.

 

So, I added one more license for my UA and sent invitation to UA.

 

And then, I logged in to my UA, I accepted the invitation.

 

But my UA failed to our team. I pushed "Accept" button, but nothing happened.

 

Any idea of this??

Hi @Kwanghoon, I'd be happy to help! 

 

Have you tried using a different browser to accept the invitation? 

 

Also, if I were you, I'd possibly access the Business team, remove the invite and then send it again. Can you give it a go?
