Hey, My Email account is deleted and i cant reactivate it. I know my password of Dropbox, but it wants me to put in a Code that they will send to my Email (which is deleted). Can i do anything to solve that issue?

If you need to cancel your subscription and you're unable to sign in to your account to do so yourself, you'll need to contact Dropbox Support. They can help you cancel any future charges but they won't help you gain access to the account unless you have access to the email address you used.

 

Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

If you don't already have an active device signed in to your account, you won't be able to gain access to the account without access to the email address associated with it. Your best option would be to contact the email provider and see if they'll reactive the email address, even if it's just temporary.
