Hey @BW_press, sorry to see you're having trouble accessing your account.
Does the email you used for this Dropbox account no longer exist?
Would it be possible contact your email service provider and ask them to re-enable it for you?
If not, since you are logged in to the account, you can always copy your files to a different account, one that you'll have full access to.

Hey gang!
I've been using dropbox for well over a decade and have always had an annual subscription. My laptop was just stolen, so I've gone to sign in elsewhere, except a code is required, but the email address doesn't exist anymore and neither does the ESP! All as of within the last 6-12 months!
Can I recover my account through mobile, billing details or any other ID process? Surely it can't be reliant on just an email address and that's it?

Thanks for the speedy reply Mark, most appreciated. As I've never required Dropbox on other devices, unfortunately I'm not signed in elsewhere. It's also been confirmed that the domain my address was tied to is now owned by someone else. So what I'm wondering is what is the secondary authentication required to access my files? Dropbox have had all my personal and financial details since Feb 2010. Surely there's a process to be able to log-in to the account again and update my details? Thanks
Years ago I had an email on a server that has disappeared and I keep the password but, when they send me a verification code, I cannot recover it.
Is it possible that the verification code is sent to another email or different mobile phone number?

Unless you have a device already connected or access to the email there is no way to get in now.

i have the same problem.
before 6 months not asking for 6 digit codes, but now , how i to connect to my accout. i know my email addres and my password, but i havent acces to my email to see this 6-digit code

You either need another active device already signed in to your account, or you will need access to the email address in order to gain access to the Dropbox account. Your best option will be to contact your mail provider and see if you can gain access to the email address.
