I didn't set the 2 step-verification but it shows when someone try to login from some locations.

Is there any way that completely OFF the 2 step-verification?

I have turned ON this setting and disable it to make sure the setting is OFF.

Do you mean that you're getting emails that someone is trying to sign into your account?
