I have two accounts, but I'm having trouble changing the password to one of them

I have a free account and a paid 2 Tb account.  I cannot get into the larger one.  Cannot change the password no matter what email I use.

Hey @Frank999, thanks for reaching out.

 

I'm sorry to see you're having trouble, but let's see what we can find.

 

Firstly, we'll need to figure out for sure, what's the email address associated with the account.

 

Since it's a paid account, you can use our payment lookup tool, to find the email.

 

Once you know the email, you can use this page to reset the password.
