I lost access to my primary email associated with my dropbox account. I can't recover this account or login. I can't seem to find a way to contact support for them to help me gain access.
Unfortunately, without access to the email address associated with your Dropbox account, there's no way to gain access to the account. Your best option is to contact the mail provider and see if they can re-enable the email account, even if it's just temporary so you can receive the reset information.
I was charged at the start of the year for a full year of premium, and have no way to access this account.
You can contact Support to cancel the automatic renewal on the account so you're not charged again, but they won't be able to provide access to the account.

There is no phone number. Business customers have access to phone support via a callback initiated through their Admin console. All others can find the support options available to them on the Support page.
Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
