I cannot find the email address for Dropbox Customer Support. Does anybody know where to find it, or is it possible to hop on a chat with Customer Support? I'm trying to connect my account to Team Account (both for Dropbox and Paper) but it's not working.
Hey @Nina Ni, sorry to jump in, but could you clarify if you've been added to the folders that you're not seeing from another member of the team or the team's admin perhaps?

Hi Hannah, I'm trying to join my Team's account. I'm displayed as a member in the team, but have access to only few folders and files, instead of all folders and files.

Hi,
I checked shared folder tab and still, there's only a few folders instead of all of them. Other team members have access to the complete Team-related folders.

Hi all, I've been added to all folders again, and now it seems to work. My assumption was that if I'm added to the team (or if I'm linked to the team's account), I would see all the folders that are team-related (as well as Dropbox Paper docs).
