I'm inviting a member to my Business team, but they're not receiving the invitation

I have 3 invites sent to my team , two of those have received their invites , the third has not received the rquiested, even after many reminders being sent, please help ?

Hey @Brian089, thanks for coming to us with this. 

 

Has this person checked their spam folder, to see if the email went there?

 

If it didn't go to spam, have them add no-reply@dropbox.com to their email contacts and then resend the invite.
