I'm not receiving the security code

I'm not receiving the security code

Hi,

 

I have a new computer instead of the old one that was demaged.

I have 2 steps verification.

for some reason I don't get the SMSs with the security code.

so when I'm try to login I insert my password.

then I insert my phone but I don't get any massage.

so I select the option of "Didn’t receive a code?" but then it takes me back to the password window, so it's not helps me. 

Is there any way which I can login? maybe based on my mail someting else?

Hey @ZeevT, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Can you please try this again, this time from a different browser, or private browsing window, to see if that helps?

 

If not, can we send you an email, so we can look further into this?
