I have tried many times to send a verification email, but I never receive it. I need to get my account verified so that I can enable file sharing.
It sounds like you need to submit a Support Ticket https://www.dropbox.com/support
Also you can follow up with Ticket via zendesk

I have looked multiple times in my spam folder, but I have nothing from dropbox.

I tried to send verify my email by using 'verify email' button in settings, it showed that "Dropbox has sent a verification email to [personal information removed]. Check your inbox and click on the link in the email to verify your address. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or click the button to resend the email." but I haven't receive the email yet (I did find in both inbox and spam). Could you please help me on this error? Thanks.

I'm afraid if you haven't received the verification email and it's not in your spam folder, you'll need to talk to your email service provider, just in case they have accidentally blocked emails from no-reply@dropbox.com.

what issue are you having with the support page? just follow the prompts and answer and pick the right topic. THis is quite helpful so that they can determine who would be best suited to answer your ticket.

hi! I have followed all the prompt but at the end the instrucctions did not help me at all. after that I wrote my problem again but I did not receive a ticket number or something similar.
On the other hand, do you have an idea what could be my problem?, because I have check the spam or junk inbox but nothing is there, and I also have changed the email address many times without any result. COuld you help me? thanks!
In one of my posts here,I I listed the link to zendesk..that is how you can find updates to the ticket. Your issue. I'm afraid, is a common one. So the only help on this is with the ticket. I'm don't work for Dropbox but just an volunteer so I don't have the tools needed to peer into this
