If you check your spam folder, do you see any emails from Dropbox?

I've read the other threads on this issue. No clear answer. I'm a big fan of DB because we use it work. This customer support options are dense and cumbersome. Would love some help.

If you haven't already, can you check your spam/junk folder?
If it's not there, also add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts and try again.
There was no email in the spam folder but I followed your instructions and added the email addy to my contacts. I then resent the request and it came through right away. Thank you very much
I cannot get my email verified because I'm not getting the verification email. I have tried sending it several times from different browsers. It's not a spam issue as the emails are not coming to the server.
