I’m sorry to start a discussion about this, because I realise this probably isn’t the right place; I’ve searched for an email to message support but I can only find the chat bot which isn’t any help.
My dad died back in 2014, which is when I’d made an account on this site under an email I no longer have access to; I’d saved the videos and pictures on his phone here for safe keeping, but if I try to log in now it sends an authentication code to an email I can’t access anymore.
I want to recover these pictures and memories, and I don’t know how to contact the site. If anybody has any pointers I’d appreciate it.
I can prove ownership of the mentioned account by recollection of what the folders are named on said account, which hasn’t been accessed in years.
Thank you all and have a good day 👌
Hi
Unfortunately there are 2 issues here.
1 you cannot, at all, get access to an account without access to the email its linked to. There is no work around for this.
Secondly if its over 12 months since you last logged in to the account it will have auto been removed and all content deleted due to inactivity and its not possible to recover.
