Hi @brzoserr, have you also checked that the email address you're receiving these emails to, is the same one you use for your Dropbox account?
Is it possible that you have two accounts, and the emails are referring to another account?

Hello, I just realized that my paid Drop box account has been hacked. Any one now how to get this resolved?

Hello,
My email was hacked and they got ahold of my dropbox and deleted the account. I just got my email account back yesterday and when I tried to log into my dropbox the only option I had was to create a new account. I believe my account was deleted. Is there a way to recover my account?

You can try contacting Support but, typically, once an account has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Understood. There should be a process especially for upgraded accounts for a situation like this. How do I contact support? Is there an email?
