Locked out - asking to verify email but email address is com not co.uk - HELP!

Locked out - asking to verify email but email address is com not co.uk - HELP!

I am trying to get into my account - I've had it for 2+ years.  It is asking me to verify the email in order to access my folders but the email address appears wrong and I'm not getting the verification email.  I keep going round and round in loops, only to get the same 'verify email' message.  HELP please

Is it possible to create a .co.uk version of your email address in order to verify the email?

 

This will help me to assist further!
